 My path has been anything but conventional.


I’ve led businesses across continents and worked extensively across operations, marketing, PR, HR, finance, business strategy, and communication. I’ve co-founded and directed a global non-profit, volunteered in some of the most remote corners of the earth, and developed a deep appreciation for people, culture, and human connection.


I’ve travelled extensively throughout the world, visiting almost 50 countries. I’ve lived in three countries, speak French and Portuguese, and outside of work, I’m passionate about health, adventure, and pushing personal limits (with a few marathons, triathlons, and ultra-marathons all part of the journey so far!).


In the background, from an early age, I was drawn to people, stories, and the power of meaningful communication, which naturally evolved into ghostwriting memoirs, biographies, life stories, business content, and brand communication over the years.


Today, my work sits at the intersection of strategic thinking, human connection, and meaningful communication.


Curiosity and intuition have always guided the way I live and work, allowing me to connect quickly with people, understand complexity, and see things from a broader perspective.


Whether I’m working with an individual, founder, or growing business,
